the window is awesome, not sure on the startmenu though, I like the idea but not the pie bit layout, just a regular rectangular startmenu would be better in my opinion but the entries are cool nice icons aswell

Hmmm... It could be done, I think. You could take this image and code it as though you were coding a website, and then set the html/xml/whatever file as your desktop. I'm pretty sure that would work...

I honestly don't really like it. I've never been much of a fan of that super minimal look where there's no borders and everything is ultra high contrast. Minimal is delicious, THAT minimal is a bit too much. However, it's original, and it looks like the million vista clones are returning, so mad kudos for originality.. make it.

It could be made but it would get annoying if you couldn't maximize the windows properly with the crosses sticking awry. I say make it anyways.
